Quick, efficient, friendly. The call out fee was quite a lot for about 20 minutes, but the problem was easily solved and I had no alternative.

Phoned Tuesday evening, arranged a visit for Wednesday, got a call 30 mins before arrival and got me up and running in no time. The young man was very professional, pleasant and helpful.
